Suprise Bunny

Bunny Toy with suprise

Easter is comming and for smaller kids who wants little gifts when you are comming

could this be somethings for you. I found a bunny toy post @craft-craft.net and
turned it into a Soft Bunny Toy with Easter suprise. I couldn't find any pattern so I
made it by my own with the paint program. I also changed a few things as the original
post shows. You can sew it by hand or with your sewing machine.

Let's make an Easter bunny!!!

You will need:

- bunny pattern

- 2 kinds of fabric (I used an old white t-shirt & some left over colored coton fabic)

- glitter glue (I used red glitter creme & pink nail glitter for the nose)

- pins

- freezer paper

- eyes on paper

- cutter

- cutting pad

- textil color in black

- paint brush

- iron

- seam fix

- wool thread (I used white thread for nose hair)
- needle

- stuffing

- pen or tailor's chalk

- scissors

and of course: - flat candy (I used a flat chocolate easter bunny wraped in foil)

Cut out a pattern. Draw now (2x body, 8x arms and legs, 4x ears) on the wrong side

of your white fabrics with 1 cm extra for the seam and cut it also. Draw 2x inner

ears, 1x belly, 1 tail & 1 pocket on your colored fabric but with no extra cm seam

exept the belly 1 cm where you sew it and cut it also.

 Fix the tail, inner ears and belly part with seam fix or pins on body and ears. Aply it

by hand or with your sewing machine on the bunny segments. Make from a rectangle

part(not bigger than the belly a little pocket. Aply it on belly part with open up.

Sew ears with wrong side in together and pull right side out. Sew arms & legs and

pull out. Pin ears, arms and legs between the 2 body parts(wrong side out) in place.

Sew everthing togehter and let  an oping for stuffing. Stuff the bunny and close it

by hand.

Draw some eyes on freezer paper and cut out. Iron freezer paper with glossy side on
bunny. Use a paint brush to fill out the eyes with black textil color. Remove freezer
paper and let dry. Paint a nose with glitter glue or glitter creme & nail glitter and
let dry. When it is dried take a needle and make some nose hair.

(this is totally optional hmm does a bunny has nose hair??? lol)

Last thing of course take candy and give it in your bunny's belly bag.
